I would hate for this to be an instance where America lets their gaurd down and just opens the door for a potentially devestating event. As for those blueprints they need to be interrogated. Not only for the sake of the United States but also countries globally. You never know who people really want to nuc the hell out of these days... whatever happend to the days where we could all sit around hold hands and sing Cumbaya! This story is crazy though, if in fact someone has devised blue prints of a compact nuclear bomb and has them just floating around out there is quite scary.
